An Estate agent recommended me for a job in Marloes Road for the conversion and interior remodelling of a second floor flat.as a London home for a couple and their children who were studying in the UK. As they both worked abroad we had a short window of time to carry out the conversion works and install the fabrics & furniture that were purchased in Paris. By far the most complex negotiations were for the “Licence to Alter” and obtaining “Landlords Consent” to carry out the works. Strict hours of work and protection of the common parts were essential and no materials or men were allowed through the front entrance. Everything had to be brought up via the internal lightwell by hand. The job went extremely well and the client was a perfect gentleman in the way he handled the agents, the legal and our professional team.

The job was a delight from start to finish.
